Considering I haven't downed Vista (yet), I'm not entirely sure whether this is stuff that comes with Vista or that it can be made on top of Vista. If the latter is true, then the truth is that everything is possible, which is also true for any other operating system around or yet to be made.
But if it's the former, I'm really interested in actually being able to open proprietry formats without going through all the hassle of going to get it...or asking the sender to use a different format.

Most of them are prototype apps I guess. However, prototypes often eventually turn to production apps
